A player is stuck on “pending” check-in

A player showing as “pending” or “check-in requested” usually just needs the director to approve them — but if it’s stuck, work through these.

• •Approve them — in Player Check-In, tap the pending player to approve and seat them.
• •Ask them to reopen the app — a dropped connection can leave their status stale; reopening refreshes it.
• •Check them in manually — you can seat a player yourself from the player panel if their device is misbehaving.
• •Confirm late reg is still open — if the window closed, new check-ins are blocked by design.
