Running player check-in
The check-in flow from a director's perspective, plus no-show handling.
Check-in is how players confirm they're seated and ready before the first hand. Done well it gets you started on time; done poorly it loses the first 20 minutes.
The flow

Open the Check-In screen
Live tournament → menu → Player Check-In.

Approve players as they arrive
Players tap "I'm here" on their device; their row moves to ready. Tap to approve.

Mark no-shows
Once late reg closes, remaining pending players are no-shows. Your auto-cancel setting decides whether their seat costs the pool.
If a player's tournament status is stuck on "pending", their device may have lost network connection. Ask them to reopen the app, or check them in manually.
