Poker Hawk — End User License Agreement

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, TourneyTek grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for your internal, lawful use.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the App;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code;
• Rent, lease, sublicense, sell, or redistribute the App;
• Use the App in violation of applicable law.

Certain features require paid subscriptions. Subscription options, duration, and pricing are shown in-app at time of purchase.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.
• For Apple App Store and Google Play purchases, billing, renewals, cancellation, and refunds are handled by the applicable store under its policies.
• For web purchases, billing is processed by Stripe and managed in your account portal.

The App and all related intellectual property rights are owned by TourneyTek and its licensors. This EULA grants a limited license, not ownership.

Your use of the App may involve collection and processing of account and tournament-related information as described in our Privacy Policy.

This EULA remains effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and remove all copies.

Termination of your account or your subscription is a separate matter, governed by the Terms of Use.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TourneyTek is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits/data, arising from use of the App.

This EULA is governed by applicable U.S. law and, where applicable, the law of the state in which TourneyTek, Inc. is organized.

This EULA governs your license to install and use the App. The Terms of Use governs your use of the Poker Hawk service, including eligibility, accounts, subscriptions and billing, and the Privacy Policy governs personal information.

Several subjects — including subscriptions and billing, data and privacy, termination, warranties, limitation of liability, and governing law — are addressed in more than one of these documents. Where they address the same subject, the Terms of Use govern, and nothing in this EULA is intended to grant you fewer rights, or impose greater obligations, than the Terms of Use provide.
