We do not store full payment card details. Subscription transactions are processed by third parties, including Apple App Store, Google Play, and Stripe. Their collection and use of payment data are governed by their respective terms and privacy notices.

• Meta, when you choose optional measurement, to measure website advertising performance
• Service providers who assist in app operation under confidentiality agreements
• Authorities if required by law or legal process

Our website asks before loading optional Google Analytics and Meta measurement. If you allow it, those services may receive limited browser and event information needed to measure page views, completed registrations, and checkout starts. We do not send tournament details, player data, buy-in/rebuy/add-on/payout data, payment-card data, full names, email addresses, or free-form content as these Meta events.

You can change your choice through the Privacy choices control in the site footer. When Global Privacy Control is enabled in your browser, optional analytics and marketing measurement remain off while that signal is active.

You can also use the industry advertising opt-out at YourAdChoices.

We retain user and tournament data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support@pokerhawk.io.

We implement technical and organizational measures to secure your data, including:

• Firebase security rules and authentication
• HTTPS encryption in transit
• Access controls for read/write permissions

No system is 100% secure. We encourage strong password practices and recommend logging out from shared devices.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction or deletion
• Object to or restrict processing
• Data portability

Poker Hawk is not intended for users under the age of 13 (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
