b. Tournament and Gameplay Data
Stored in Firestore and Firebase Realtime Database:
- Tournament metadata (e.g., name, structure, start time)
- Player registration and chip stacks
- Blinds, clock, table and seat assignments
- Logs of actions or updates
- Clubs, hosts, dealers, and financial settings
c. Usage Data
- Device type and operating system
- App version
- Interaction patterns (e.g., page visits, feature use)

d. Payment Information
We do not store full payment card details. Subscription transactions are processed by third parties, including Apple App Store, Google Play, and Stripe. Their collection and use of payment data are governed by their respective terms and privacy notices.

- Firebase (Google Cloud) for data storage, authentication, and sync
- RevenueCat for subscription entitlement management

4. Data Retention
We retain user and tournament data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support@pokerhawk.io.

- Access controls for read/write permissions
No system is 100% secure. We encourage strong password practices and recommend logging out from shared devices.
