Poker Hawk — Privacy Policy

Last updated August 28, 2026

TourneyTek, Inc. ("TourneyTek", "we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use Poker Hawk websites, desktop applications, mobile applications, TV display tools, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By using the Service, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy.

1

Information We Collect

a. Account Information

  • Email address (for login / authentication)
  • Display name or username
  • Authentication provider (email/password or Google)
  • Approximate location — city, region and country at most, never precise location or GPS coordinates. We work it out from your internet connection, and you can also enter or correct it yourself. It is private by default: it is shown to a club only when you send them a request to join, and on your profile only if you turn that on. You can view or delete it at any time in Settings → Privacy → Location.

b. Tournament and Gameplay Data

Stored in Firestore and Firebase Realtime Database:

  • Tournament metadata (e.g., name, structure, start time)
  • Player registration and chip stacks
  • Blinds, clock, table and seat assignments
  • Logs of actions or updates
  • Clubs, hosts, dealers, and financial settings

c. Usage Data

  • Device type and operating system
  • App version
  • Interaction patterns (e.g., page visits, feature use)
  • Error reports or crash data

d. Payment Information

We do not store full payment card details. Subscription transactions are processed by third parties, including Apple App Store, Google Play, and Stripe. Their collection and use of payment data are governed by their respective terms and privacy notices.

2

How We Use Your Information

  • Provide access to the Service
  • Manage tournaments and player states in real-time
  • Sync tournament data across devices and platforms
  • Authenticate and authorize users
  • Maintain billing status and subscription access
  • Improve app performance, reliability, and feature development
  • Respond to support inquiries and user feedback
3

Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share information with:

  • Other Poker Hawk users, but only where you have chosen to share something with them. Your profile shows what you have set it to show — including a location, if you turn that on. When you send a club a request to join, the people who review it see your name and an approximate location, so they can tell who is asking. You can turn profile sharing off, or delete your stored location, at any time.
  • Firebase (Google Cloud) for data storage, authentication, and sync
  • RevenueCat for subscription entitlement management
  • Apple App Store, Google Play, and Stripe for subscription and payment processing
  • Google Analytics, for optional website measurement, to understand website use and improve the Service
  • Meta, for optional website measurement, to measure website advertising performance
  • Service providers who assist in app operation under confidentiality agreements
  • Authorities if required by law or legal process
4

Optional Analytics and Marketing Measurement

Our website uses optional Google Analytics and Meta measurement to understand website use and advertising performance. How we treat it depends on where you are. In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom we ask first, and nothing optional loads unless you allow it. Elsewhere, optional measurement runs by default, we tell you so with an on-page notice, and you can switch it off at any time.

Where it runs, those services may receive limited browser and event information needed to measure page views, completed registrations, and checkout starts. We do not send tournament details, player data, buy-in/rebuy/add-on/payout data, payment-card data, full names, email addresses, or free-form content as these Meta events.

You can turn optional measurement off — or back on — at any time through the Privacy choices control in the site footer. Choosing Essential only also stops future optional events and expires the measurement cookies already on your browser. When Global Privacy Control is enabled in your browser, optional analytics and marketing measurement remain off while that signal is active, wherever you are.

You can also use the industry advertising opt-out at YourAdChoices.

5

Data Retention

We retain user and tournament data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support@pokerhawk.io.

6

Data Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to secure your data, including:

  • Firebase security rules and authentication
  • HTTPS encryption in transit
  • Access controls for read/write permissions

No system is 100% secure. We encourage strong password practices and recommend logging out from shared devices.

7

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Request correction or deletion
  • Object to or restrict processing
  • Data portability

To exercise any of these rights, email support@pokerhawk.io.

8

Children’s Privacy

Poker Hawk is not intended for users under the age of 13 (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last Updated” date above and notify users if required by law. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes your acceptance.
