Yes. Basic accounts are free for players, dealers, and tournament staff, and they can even host single-table tournaments. Advanced stats come with Pro.
All three tiers include the full tournament clock, payouts, mobile + TV apps, and club tools. The difference is volume: Basic covers small recurring games (a couple events a month, modest field sizes), Pro handles weekly home leagues and mid-size series, and Elite removes per-tournament limits entirely.

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle so you never lose paid time.
Yes. Cancel from your account at any time. No phone call, no support ticket. Your host features remain active through the end of the current billing cycle, then your account reverts to a free Player account (your club, history, and stats stay intact).
Your club, member roster, event history, and leaderboards stay intact. You keep your free Player account. Host-only features (running new tournaments, advanced payouts, etc.) pause until you re-subscribe. Your past data isn't deleted.
