Seat players and read the seat grid
Assign seats, see every table at a glance, and let players find where they’re sitting.
The seat grid is your map of the room — every table, every seat, and who’s in it. Poker Hawk can seat players for you as they check in, or you can place them by hand.

Open Tables
In the live controller, open the Tables view. Each table shows its seats; empty seats are open, filled seats show the player.

Seat everyone waiting, in one go
Checking a player in does not seat them — it puts them on the waiting list so you decide where they sit. When you are ready, use Seat waiting (desktop toolbar) or Seat waiting players (mobile Tables tab): every checked-in player without a seat is placed at once, filling the emptiest table first so the room stays balanced. Players who already have a seat are never moved.

Place a player by hand
Tap an open seat and pick a player, or tap a seated player and choose Move. Use this for reserved seats or to keep friends apart.
