Results didn’t show up on a player’s profile

Why finishes or stats might be missing — and how to fix it.

Player stats update when a tournament is finalized. If a finish is missing, it’s usually one of these.

•The tournament wasn’t ended — results write when the director completes the end flow. See End and finalize.
•The player wasn’t a registered entry — walk-ins who were never added to the event won’t get a recorded finish.
•It’s syncing — give it a moment and reopen the profile; stats propagate shortly after finalizing.
•The finishing order needs a fix — if a placement is wrong, correct the standings and re-finalize.

Screenshot the final standings before ending an event — it makes any after-the-fact correction painless.
