The check-in kiosk — let players check themselves in
A door screen players use to find their name, buy in and take a seat, so you are not the queue.
The kiosk is a second window you put at the door. Players find their own name, confirm their buy-in and get a seat — so a room of twenty does not queue behind one person with a laptop. You keep running the tournament from the Controller the whole time.
Opening it
- •When a tournament goes live you are asked whether to set up your screens. The kiosk is one of the two offered there.
- •Any time after that: the **Kiosk** button in the operator bar, along the top of the Controller.
- •On mobile, it is **Kiosk Mode** in the tournament menu.
It opens as its own full-screen window. Drag it to whatever you are using as the door screen — a spare laptop, a tablet, a second monitor — and leave it there. Closing it does not affect the tournament.
What players can do at it
- •Search for their name and check themselves in.
- •Confirm the buy-in so the money is recorded against them.
- •Get their table and seat, if you have seating turned on.
- •Add themselves as a walk-up when they are not on the list yet.

Set your tables up BEFORE you start checking people in — kiosk or not. With no tables configured, everyone who checks in lands unseated and you will be seating the whole room by hand later.
