Run a season

Score your club’s tournaments into a league table over dates you choose, then close it to crown a champion.

A season ranks your club’s players across the tournaments that finish between its start and end dates, and its standings update each time one does. Running seasons takes the owner or a role with Club – Full Control, and your own plan must be Pro or Elite — a trial counts.

Start a season

Phone: on the club, Leagues & Stats › Leagues › Set one up (Open leagues once you have one) › + Season. Desktop: the Leagues tab › + Season or New Season.

Name it and set its dates

Leave the end date empty for an open-ended season.

Choose how it scores

On either app: points by finishing place (linear, logarithmic or square root), attendance points for each event played, dropping each player’s worst results, and whether everyone who plays scores or only players you tick from your player book. Desktop adds a custom formula, tiebreakers, a minimum number of events to qualify, a top-N qualifying cut and per-event exceptions. Then Create season.

Close it when it’s over

Close season recomputes the standings one last time, records the champion and stops the season scoring new tournaments; from then on it shows that final table. If nobody met the season’s minimum, no champion is recorded.

Downloading standings with Export standings (CSV) also needs Pro or Elite.
