Club roles and what they can do
The four roles every new club starts with, how to change what a role can do, and how to give someone a different role.
Every new club starts with four roles, and each role is a set of permissions. Everyone who joins starts as a Member.
- •Owner — everything, including deleting the club. Its permissions are locked; you can change only its display name and color.
- •Director — Club – Full Control and Tournament – Full Control.
- •Dealer — Members – Full Control, Control Clock, Manage Players and Manage Displays.
- •Member — Invite Members.
Change what a role can do

Open Settings › Roles
Tap the gear on your club (click it on desktop), open Roles, and choose Edit on a role.

Set it up
Change its Role Display Name and Role Color, and tick the permissions it should have.

Save Changes
Everyone with that role gets the new permissions. Editing roles takes the owner or a role with Club – Full Control, Settings – Full Control or Edit Roles & Permissions.
Give someone a different role
On the Members tab, tap (or click) the person, then Manage player › Change role. On your phone the new role applies as soon as you pick it; on desktop, choose it and press Update role. Owner is never in the list, and you can’t change your own role. This takes the owner or a role with Club – Full Control — by default, Directors. The same tab holds your player book: see Members and players.
Members – Full Control sounds broad, but changing someone’s role or removing them from the club needs Club – Full Control.
