Add-ons and rebuy limits
Windows, caps, and when to use each.
Add-ons and rebuys let players buy more chips under specific conditions. Both have windows and caps you control.
Rebuy window
Rebuys are typically allowed during an early portion of the event — often through the first break. After that, the structure locks in.
Add-on window
Add-ons are usually a one-time opportunity at a designated break. Every eligible player can buy extra chips regardless of their current stack.
Announce your rebuy + add-on rules before the first hand. Players plan their bankroll around them.
