Manage your subscription

Upgrade, downgrade, pause, or cancel — and when changes take effect.

You can change your plan any time from the billing portal. Changes to a lower tier take effect at the end of your current billing cycle so you keep what you paid for.

Open your subscription
Profile → Subscription opens the secure billing portal.

Change or cancel
Upgrade for immediate access to higher limits, or downgrade/cancel to take effect at cycle end.

Update payment if needed
Swap cards or fix a failed charge here too — see Updating your payment method.
On iOS or Android, subscriptions bought in-app are managed through the App Store / Google Play, not the web portal.
